WHAT WE DO?

The Fitness Aerobics, Dance & Artistic Pyramid Sports Asia Federation (FADAPS Asia) is the official continental governing body for artistic fitness-based sports across Asia. We lead the development, regulation, promotion, and continental-level coordination of Sports Aerobics (all types) Fitness Aerobics (all types), Dance (all styles), Artistic Pyramid Sports, Hip-Hop, Cheerleading, and related artistic fitness disciplines.

FADAPS Asia brings together athletes, coaches, federations, choreographers, and institutions to shape the future of these performance-driven, health-centric disciplines through structured governance, digital innovation, and high-level competitions.
